15.加干辣椒、烀肉料、2勺老抽。压力锅煮75分钟,煮好后不放气不开盖,直接在锅里焖一宿入味。

16.一宿后开盖,牛肉软烂入味。剩余汤汁过滤到只剩液体 再次煮沸腾后 放冷却 可以煮卤蛋、牛肉面等。
